RKGUNS’ RETURN POLICY

At Rural King, we want you to be satisfied with not only your purchase, but your overall experience. With that in mind, RK Guns’ Return Policy is designed to be as hassle-free and fair as possible. Please review the following guidelines to process your return.

Return an Order: In order to process your return or exchange for a defective or damaged item(s), the process must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase. Defective or damaged item(s) eligible for return or exchange will be in like new condition and include all appropriate packaging and/or product paperwork. To initiate the return process via shipment, Customers will simply contact our Customer Service Department at 1-844-754-8671 or email at customerservice@ruralking.com. Our Customer Service team will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping label. This Return Authorization Number will need to be attached to the original packaging to process the return. Once the item is received by Rural King, a replacement or a refund will be issued. If a refund is required, payment will be returned to the original payment method.


Non-defective item(s) may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase; however, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and expenses. Product(s) eligible for return or exchange will be in like new condition, undamaged, and include all appropriate packaging and/or product paperwork. To initiate the return process via shipment, Customers will simply contact our Customer Service Department at 1-844-754-8671 or email at customerservice@ruralking.com. Our Customer Service team will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number. This Return Authorization Number will need to be attached to the original packaging to process the return. Once the item is received by Rural King, a replacement or a refund will be issued. If a refund is required, payment will be returned to the original payment method.


Item(s) that fail to meet the guidelines outlined herein may be subject to refusal.


Important Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or have additional limitations:


Firearms

Due to legal concerns, firearms cannot be returned after the transfer process has been completed. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm BEFORE completing the transfer. To report any concerns with the firearm PRIOR to transfer, contact us at firearmscompliance@ruralking.com. If the transfer has been completed, you will be subject to the manufacturer’s determinations regarding replacement and repair. (All repair work should be completed by working with the manufacturer directly.)


Ammunition

Due to safety concerns, returns on ammunition are strictly prohibited.


Binary Targets

Due to safety concerns, “Tannerite” or other binary exploding targets are not eligible for return.


Crossbows/Compound Bows

Due to safety concerns, bows are not eligible for return.


Non-Lethal Weapons

Product(s) such as Stun Guns and Pepper Spray/Gel (CS) are not eligible for return.


Final sale goods or Special Promotions

Products marked "as is," "no returns accepted," "all sales final,” “oops,” or with similar language are not eligible for return. Similarly, to process a return on a buy one, get one (BOGO) promotion, BOTH items must be brought back to the store within 30-days of purchase.


Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not eligible for return. Lost, stolen, or damaged RK gift cards may only be replaced for the remaining balance by presenting the original receipt.


Warranty and Repair: After thirty (30) calendar days, products are no longer covered by the Return Policy, but rather Manufacturer’s Warranty or Rural King Plus Protection Plan Warranty (if purchased). To repair items that qualify under Manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to locate an Authorized Service Center near you. To repair items under the Rural King Protection Plus Plan, please contact 844-444-7577 or contact customerservice@ruralking.com. Please keep in mind, certain restrictions may apply.


Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.


Miscellaneous: Item(s) in your shopping cart are not reserved until the purchase is completed. Prices and item availability are subject to change. Please review your order carefully before confirming, as changes are not be possible after submission. Furthermore, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for carrier issues, delays, or incorrect address information provided by consumer. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.

All consumer order(s) may be subject to change or termination at any time. All other remedies are hereby excluded. Further, all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. The exclusions outlined herein are subject to, and may be limited by, applicable law, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state. It is your responsibility to ensure your possession of a firearm is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. At all times your information will be treated in accordance with Rural King’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Additional restrictions may apply.
