Great gun for the price Review by Great product

Love the gun. Only downfall is field stripping. It needs a special key which is plastic. I am to assume it will probably break eventually.

All in all, good feel and shots well. (Posted on 10/19/2018)
A real mixed bag Review by Jr

My wife has this gun (her first) and she REALLY enjoys shooting it, as do I for the most part, but as a whole it's a real mixed bag.
The positives:
It is super easy to work the slide
The size is just perfect for getting a good, full grip on
Recoil is minimal and VERY easy to manage, especially since you can get such a nice grip
it shoots pretty accurate and its just all-around easy to operate (my wife is a dead shot with the thing!).

The negatives:
The idiotic magazine safety is infuriating to work around for anyone who's ever had a gun without this annoying feature.
The Euro style mag release (a small 'paddle' by the trigger guard) is just plane awkward to use
Needing a special tool to takedown for cleaning is a MAJOR fail
The slide is REAL sloppy on the rails and just feels SUPER cheap and poorly machined. It doesn't seem to affect accuracy somehow, but it really detracts form the gun having any kind of quality feel to it.

As a whole it's not a bad gun but I'd sell it in a heartbeat if my wife didn't have a fondness for it because it was her first gun after discovering how much she truly enjoys shooting. (Posted on 10/17/2018)

Great gun but one major downfall. You cannot field strip without a takedown key. It's awkward but that is the only downfall. (Posted on 10/16/2018)
This is a terribly gun... Quality control is aweful. Review by Fitz

We bought this gun a few years ago, not from Ruralking but it was new. This was to be my wife's CCW. 3 years later I still will not allow her to carry it. It jams constantly. Regardless who is shooting it, The magazines (bought 3 more OEM) will eventually cause problems with rounds stripping off the mag when the gun is in battery and just carrying it (when you eject a loose round falls out). We have had the gun and the magazines into Smith and Wesson 3 times for repairs, every time it got a little better and now only jams on the last round and anytime you carry it without firing it for a few hours to days. I won't sell it cause it is not dependable and I would feel guilty if someone got hurt using it as a defense weapon. (Posted on 10/5/2018)

Very nice gun. Easy to operate slide. People with dificulty with hand strength can still operate the slide. (Posted on 10/1/2017)

The gun is very comfortable and easy to use. I've put fewer than 50 rounds through it and have not had any stovepipes or any other problems for that matter. I am still tinkering with the rear sight to get an acceptable alignment. Out of the box it shot to the left. Don't foresee that will be an issue moving forward. Some say that the magazine ejector lever is cumbersome because it is not a button but it has not been an issue with me. It is close enough to the trigger guard that it is easy to actuate with your thumb. Purchased the gun when it was listed at a special price on the RK Guns Facebook site. (Posted on 9/30/2017)
